My name is Diana Curcio
Hi, I’m Diana — founder of Diana Grace Yoga LLC.
I created Diana Grace Yoga as a space for grounding, healing, and intentional movement in a world that often feels overwhelming and fast-paced. My approach to yoga is rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and nervous system support, with a strong focus on helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and presence.
As a certified yoga teacher with training in trauma-informed yoga, I am passionate about creating supportive and accessible wellness experiences that honor each individual’s comfort, autonomy, and personal journey. I believe yoga should feel welcoming, empowering, and adaptable — never intimidating.
In addition to my yoga training, I bring a professional background in healthcare administration, client relations, and wellness-centered environments. This experience has strengthened my understanding of stress, burnout, emotional wellness, and the importance of creating spaces that support both mental and physical well-being.
Diana Grace Yoga LLC offers private sessions, corporate wellness experiences, gentle flow, grounding movement, mindfulness practices, breathwork, and trauma-informed yoga tailored to the needs of individuals, healthcare professionals, corporate teams, and community organizations.
Based in New York and serving Long Island, Manhattan, and the Tri-State area, my mission is to help people slow down, reconnect inward, and cultivate greater balance, resilience, and self-compassion in their everyday lives.
